Westerwood in Quarantine
When it became clear in the Spring of 2020 that the pandemic was going to require us to keep lengthy, vigilant distance, I teamed up with Cecelia Thompson (organizer) and Anne Cassity (accompanying book editor) to produce a series of porch portraits. Westerwood is a neighborhood near downtown Greensboro, North Carolina. Selections from this series were printed onto large vinyl sidewalk decals and placed alond a half mile stretch of the nearby Greenway. The project was meant to be part time-capsule and a larger reminder that even while apart, we were (and are) still together.
